Breaking down barriers to transplant

Kristy Goss is a 44 yr old kidney donor from Canada who is working with a team to document her attempt to run 200 miles across Ohio this April with hopes of raising awareness about kidney disease and to show the world that kidney donors are capable of living a full life without limits post donation.

Just months after donating a kidney for a family member in 2021, Kristy was able to get back to the sport of ultra running. Three years after donation she signed up to run the first ever edition of the Coast to Coaster 200 mile race happening April 2024.
